It has been confirmed that Daniel Sturridge has been the first signing for the reds in this January transfer window. Sturridge has signed a long term contract with the reds where he is sure to get more playing opportunities compared to what was available for him at Chelsea.
Liverpool has struggled this season with only one senior striker available for the team. This signing may be a cure for the reds scoring problem and their ambitions to finish in the top four.
