Brendan Rodgers this morning put his players through their first training session of the club's North American tour as temperatures soared past 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
The session, which focused on short passing and shooting practice before evolving into a fully fledged match, was held at the prestigious Harvard University sports complex - Liverpool's training base for the next 13 days.
Chairman Tom Werner watched a lot of the action while Reds legends Robbie Fowler and Ian Rush were also in attendance, with Rodgers spending 10 minutes chatting to the pair after training to talk through what he'd been trying to achieve during the session.
Conversation over, Brendan and a number of the players stopped to sign a few autographs for the watching fans.
